No — you don't need to be there in person. You just need to ensure the vehicle or goods are accessible and someone can hand over the keys. We'll confirm all arrangements in advance.
Typically: the vehicle's V5C logbook (original), valid photo ID, proof of ownership, and payment confirmation. For international shipments we handle the Bill of Lading, export declaration, and Certificate of Origin — it's all included.
All shipments include specialist marine transit insurance. We complete a full photographic condition report at collection and delivery. If damage occurs, we manage the insurance claim on your behalf.
UK to West Africa: 3–4 weeks. UK to Dubai: 25–32 days. UK to USA: 3–5 weeks. Australia: 4–6 weeks. UK domestic: 1–5 days. Times vary by destination and shipping method.
Import duties vary by country and are payable by the recipient at destination — they're separate from our shipping fee. We'll advise you on expected duties for your specific destination before you book.
Yes — we can ship non-runners by container with winching at loading. For RoRo shipments the vehicle needs to be able to roll onto the vessel, so container shipping is required for fully inoperable vehicles.
